I work for an online company that sells used and refurbished cell phones, so most of our customer base (as you can imagine) are a bunch of cheap, miserly people. Who are miserable and cantankerous.

And crazy.

Just plain, stir-fry crazy.

I've worked here for over two years (in the returns department and in general CS) and I have dealt with the craziest people you can imagine. After sharing various stories and emails with friends, I realized I had struck a goldmine... I have an almost limitless supply of vignettes and moments to share... so here I am.
