What's up?/You're Right...

I ordered the phone over a week ago, what's up?  I never got an acknowledgement with an order number.

Yeah… I looked for him by name and found his order (which was placed on Monday of this week, mind you):

Bad News.

I had ordered this over a week ago.  When I sent a follow-up inquiry we weren't able to align our information.
So I figured the order hadn't gone through and I ordered another one which was shipped yesterday.
Now I'll have 2 (presuming they both arrive.
Not happy about that.

Sorry, you're right and I was wrong.  Somehow or other my order a week ago for the orange phone never got processed; I was afraid I was going to get two phones.
